As an exciting business looking to continue, its growth strategy, The Force Group is looking for a Fabricator and Heat Exchanger Engineer to work in our team.

Fabricator and Heat Exchanger Engineer

The Fabricator and Heat Exchanger Engineers role requirements:

  • Industrial Pipework, welded, BW / SW/ and screwed
  • MIG / TIG / stick welding ideally coded.
  • Experienced in shell and tube Calorifier work would be an advantage
  • Undertake site visits to support the sales engineers in preparing estimates
  • The majority of work is workshop based, but also be in a position to carry out installation works onsite as required
  • Ensure all orders meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of build quality and timescales
  • Keep all Heatxforce equipment up to relevant safety regulations
  • Keep up to date with all health and safety certifications
  • Offer after technical support and drawing advice as required

  • Full time / permanent
  • Salary based on experience
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Pension scheme
  • Based in Solihull, West Midlands
  • Reporting into the Business Unit Manager

About You

  • 5+ years practical engineering experience essential
  • Ability to add value to a rapidly-expanding SME
  • Manufacturing / industrial experience important
  • Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others
  • Capable of making improvements and generating new ideas
  • Strong organisational skills
